We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Perishable or food items that have been opened or partially consumed cannot be returned.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you paid by credit card, please note that a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • No restocking fees are charged for returns.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at tremarfoodsllc@gmail.com or (337) 434-6095 with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
